Service terms
These terms apply to GoHighLevel audits and assisted implementation services supplied by BuildOnAuto. Submitting a request does not create an engagement. An engagement begins only when BuildOnAuto confirms the scope in writing and payment is accepted.
Scope and delivery format
The confirmation email or proposal defines the included service, delivery target, communication format and price. Depending on the work and your preference, collaboration may use email, shared documents, screenshots, recorded walkthroughs or live calls. Anything outside the confirmed scope—including large migrations, multiple locations, custom integrations, extensive copywriting and ongoing management—requires separate approval.
Payments and scheduling
Payment is due before work begins unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices exclude third-party subscription, usage, messaging, phone, email, AI and payment-processing charges. A scheduled session may be moved once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds
An audit can be refunded before review work begins. After work has started, fees covering reserved time and completed work are normally non-refundable. For implementation services, any approved refund is limited to the undelivered portion of the confirmed scope. Statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not restricted.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate information, timely feedback, lawful contact data, required third-party accounts and final approval of messages, workflows and configurations. Never send a master password. Provide temporary, least-privilege access where account access is necessary and remove it after delivery.
No performance guarantee
BuildOnAuto does not guarantee leads, revenue, rankings, message delivery, software uptime or a particular business result. Results depend on your offer, traffic, data quality, sales process, compliance, third-party platforms and execution.
Third-party platforms
HighLevel and other vendors control their products, prices, billing, availability and policies. BuildOnAuto is independent and is not HighLevel. We may receive an affiliate commission from clearly disclosed links, but the paid service is separate from any software subscription.
Confidentiality and materials
We will use non-public business information only to provide the service, operate the relationship and meet legal or security obligations. You retain your business data. BuildOnAuto retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates and reusable materials; you receive the right to use delivered materials in your own business unless the confirmed scope says otherwise.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BuildOnAuto’s total liability relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
